You should especially be aware of the Spera Bank Process Regarding Hiring and Appointing New Executives and the Spera Bank Leadership Team. For Leadership and Executive-level positions, your candidacy is not handled by the Chief Executive Officer, or anyone in the Senior Management Team. It is handled by the Board of Trustees. You should also familiarize yourself with the existing compensation packages for other Executives, so you can be aware of what sort of compensation you can expect to be offered.
