Harold Morgan Greene is the President-Elect of the Republic of Texas, and will take office as its 10th President on 8 August 2050 from his predecessor and cousin, Nick Greene. His election coincides with Taith Group's majority acquisition of Grove Investments, a move which he helped engineer. As part of his duties as President, Harold will serve as Taith Group's Co-Managing Partner, Spera Bank's Chairman of the Board, and Grove Investments' Chairman of the Board.

Following in the footsteps of the former Queen, King Grealind II bestowed upon him personally the non-hereditary title Count Tejas-Brazos, a nod to the former Resvernan territory of Tejas that was centuries later incorporated into the Republic of Texas.
