Lottery Rules:

• For each ticket Contestants pick 5 numbers (between 1-20, no repeats) + 1 bonus number (between 1-5). Contestants buy a maximum of 9 tickets (and get one ticket free). Syndicates and alliances can buy up to 15 tickets.

• Pay to play, no IOUs - also once you have bought tickets, there are no refunds unless the draw is cancelled.

• Minimum of 10 contestants for a lotto to take place.

• Very occasionally, all prizes except the jackpot may be lower than the amount paid for tickets (this is just the nature of a lottery).

• If multiple people have the correct numbers, prizes are shared equally between them.

• If a prize is unclaimed within 5 days, prize money is redistributed to the prize fund.

• If a nation is under blockade and has won a prize, there are 2 options: Prize money can be sent to their alliance or a nominated person, or can be held for a maximum of 1 week before being redistributed.

• If no jackpot is won, 100% of the jackpot rolls over to the next draw. 80% of all other prizes roll over to the next Prize Pool.

• Draws are done using this website: https://www.random.org/quick-pick/ - draws will be screen recorded and posted on the discord - you can also see timestamp.

Do not try to bribe us into letting you win - it will not work for the simple fact that it is impossible and we will not take kindly to it. The game has to be fair for everyone that plays. Possible Penalties include being barred from playing for a set period of time, or forever.
